Hey all.
I've been working on tweaking up my dark-themed desktop with rainmeter (very fun program if you aren't paranoid of editing HTML-like code).
It's a work in progress, but one element I need help with, is I want to have a very minimalistic Google search bar, with a black theme and all the functionality of the normal google homepage (particularly, the links including "images" "news" that will perform a search for the items typed in the search bar)
Below is a screenshot of my desktop as it currently stands. I've worked the blackle.com search bar into the middle (as a locked desktop web item), and that halfway meets my goal, but using the search only brings up a blackle results page, without any of the image-search or news-search functionality.
Is there such a thing as google with only the colors changed to black? Alternatively is there some other way to work google onto your desktop I should explore?
PS: rainmeter is very fun and nifty - I hope to someday post a write-up on how it works and to share my work with everyone here, in case you're curious! =)
