Bad OC, windows will not login properly

I had a couple bad OC resulting in bsod during boot. Now windows will load my background comes up, i can access task manager, but it take forever (about 2-3 minutes after background comes up) to get the icons and start menu to come up... what can i do.

got it... it was zonealarm crashing and reloading....
