flashing a bios chip externally

i just got some (7) itx epia 5000 boards that I’ve been sitting on for some time that need there bios chips re-flashed (chip: sst 39sf020a) so i went out and got a Willem Programmer EPROM BIOS Flash

and the adapter to make it fit a bios chip but now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do, I downloaded the bios bin file to burn to it but i don’t know how to put it on the chip any ideas?
 
Never did what you did, so im not much of an help. Have you tried looking for guides on google or anything?
 
are you absoutly sure the bios chip needs to be reflashed?
i've grabbed hardware thats been sitting for a good decade and never run into a problem like this

theres software thats linked from the ebay page you linked to tha communicated between your computer and the programmer to burn the bios image on the chip:

ok i downloaded that top program (thanks Niku-Sama and A15G) and it dose sapport that chip but my programer dose not, so i just payed for a gq-3x that will do the job thanks for your help
