Biostar help.....

I need some serious help here. My RMA process is taking a really long time and I needed another comp. So I put together the following pieces:

Biostar G31-M7 TE mobo
E5200
2 gigs G.Skill DDR2 800 (I have 2 more gigs fo Mushkin as well if I need to swap out)
Evga 8600gt
80 gig WD Caviar

This is only a temporary setup. My problem is that I cant get any video. Not through either of my DVI ports on my card, or my onboard audio. What should I do. I've checked all of my connections but still nothing. Is there anything that I'm overlooking?
