Parental Control?

I'm aware there are ways to disable internet completely after certain times. I'm wondering if there are ways to slow it down? As in, after a certain time, limit the download and upload rates.

depends what equipment you have.
ive found, the best way being the cheapest also, is to unplug the internet after that certain time, and then plug it in again in the morning lol

draytek adsl routers let you do what you are after i believe. also the draytek's can be set up only to connect the adsl on demand.
