I have vista ultimate 32bit installed on my system in my sig. Everything is new and fresh installs of drivers and bios. But my computer is running slow! 
: accessing programs or even just opening windows media player it will hang for 5-6 secs with the spinning blue wheel of death then open. It even hangs when typing in the search bar (start>search).. I paid close to 2k for my setup and its running just as slow as my 4 year old system. What can I do to fix this??
When I check processes my CPU is only using up to 20 or so %. but system idle says 99 next to it?
