Fallout 3 issue! I crouched down and now I can't get back up!

Okay so I was going to pick pocket someone, and I think I pressed C to crouch down. I checked the controls and it shows NO key or even an ability to map a key to crouch, but anyways, now I'm in the crouch position and I can't get back up!

ANyone have any idea what Key I need to press so I can get out of the crouch position? C isn't working!

have you tried to jump?

i haven't even unwrapped the game yet... stupid work :/

It's crtl, jump won't break it, you will jump but then resume crouching.

just stretch a bit.. i'm sure he got a back cramp
