Critique my AM2+ water Build Please

Here's what I have in mind, rig is in the sig. This is going to be for processor only.

d-tek fuzion v2 cpu block http://www.martinsliquidlab.com/D-Te...V2-Review.html
DD Black Ice Extreme Radiator http://dangerden.com/store/product.p...&cat=72&page=1
Fan Shroud to eliminate under fan motor dead spot http://dangerden.com/store/product.php?productid=369
DD DDC-12v Laing water pump http://dangerden.com/store/product.p...1&cat=4&page=1
DD 5.25" Bay resevoir http://dangerden.com/store/product.p...&cat=27&page=1

And necessary coolant / plumbing. Whatcha think? Any opinions? I want the radiator to only take up 1 120mm spot, since I'm on the antec 900 (using the rear chassis exhaust fan).

Good CPU block, there are better, but thats pretty good.
Rad is weak, might think of a 120x2 sized rad. But a 120x1 would work at the expense of a few C load on the CPU. Peeps fit a 120x2 rad nicely in the front of that case, you need to look at build logs to see how it's done. The rad you chose needs fast LOUD fans, you want loud? Look at the MCR 120xX series of rads please.
Shroud isn't needed, but if you want a tiny bit better temps... meh, go ahead.
Pump isn't bad, but it really needs an aftermarket top someday to really make it shine.
Bay res? Pain, hard to fill. Prone to leakage, at least the DD ones are over the years. Look at the Swiftech mini res or just use a T-line. Many better options than that res.
