help me save my plasma display!

I have a plasma screen set up at work, per request of the customer, as a monitor. The end user will have information displayed on it that will not change very often. Obviously an LCD would be best for this app but they won't have that! anyhoo...

Is there software available that acts as a screen saver [for a plasma display] whereby it shifts the actual displayed contents of the video adapter up/dn left/right by a measure of a few pixels to reduce burn-in (even just a little bit) and still be able to have anything you want on the display. It would have to be active and update with the frame rate as far as the info that is displayed. I also want to avoid having to move the mouse or hit a key to turn off the screen saver too. So this screen saver would be always on but not noticable by the end user.
