8GB RAM with 32 and 64 bit dual.

I am currently building a pc and am planning on dual booting XP 32bit and Vista 64bit... now when i have 8GB of ram do i have to remove 4GB before loading XP? i didnt know if it would cause any conflict running a 32bit OS with 8GB installed...

XP x86 installs fine w/ 4GB RAM installed (either 4 x 1GB or 2 x 2GB), so there shouldn't be a problem installing the OS w/ 8GB installed.

There isn't, XP32 just ignores anything over 3.25GBs.

You bet. XP setup acts funny enough w/o whining about TOO MUCH memory.

There's an error I can live without.
