Antec Three Hundred & HSF compatibility

I have a Thermalright Ultra120 extreme and a Noctua NH-U12P.

I have Intel CPUs.

My question is: Would either of the HSF fit with the top-exhaust fan installed? I asked since a similar HSF (found in a review) to what I have conflicts with the top fan.

Just check on google for the dimensions but im pretty sure that you would be able to fit the TRUE and noctua into the antec 300
