Unless you're a MS Beta tester for Win7, there's no way to get the Beta build legally. The first thing you would need to do is register w/ MS Connect...

I am already a Connect member, but I dont see the Win7 'list' or how to add it to my dashboard. Is it that discussion with everyone asking to be a Win7 beta tester?
