Hi guys,

Picked up some Kingston 2GB DDR2 modules on sale today, they have
Qimonda
HYB18T16800C2F-2.5
Chips on them. Marked as 667/PC5300, but am I right in thinking they're 2.5ns and should theoretically go to 800/PC6400 on stock volts?

What timings does anyone else have these on on 1.8V and how far do they go on that?

thanks,

Road Warrior

Hmmm according to page 16 here...
http://www.qimonda.ru/download.jsp?ref=/qis_docs/Memory Spectrum/MemorySpectrum.pdf

It's PC-6400 @ 6-6-6 Revision C2

There's a typo in my number apparently
HYB18T16800C2F-2.5 should be HYB18T1G800C2F-2.5

Edit: squinting at that datasheet some more, it appears that chip was also binned at 1.9ns for 1067Mhz on 7-7-7 timings. So might squeeze somewhere between 800 and 1067 out of them, since it's probably binned "slower than 1.9 but faster than 2.5"
