The system should automatically move that one to high priority so it gets crunched before the deadline (assuming you have a reasonably recent version of BOINC.)
Looks like a bad transfer or something. The one right below it comes from the same batch with a 2009 deadline. Is that machine running an old BOINC version ...?
First thing that comes to my mind is that it picked up a bad system date somewhere...probably created on a Mac suffering from a crashed PMU/SMU, or a dead battery.

That makes sense, the RTC must have been reset to zero. I just found a group of about 70 more of these on another machine. I'll be glad when those guys @ SETI get back to work...maybe too much Christmas cheer!!?
