I have an ATI Radeon 4850 card. My monitor is 19 inches.
Sometimes the screen shakes and waves around
. I have noticed that if I drop my monitors refresh rate from 75 down to 60, it becomes worse, raising it to 75 helps, but doesn't cure the issue.
It only happens on 1400x900 too.... if I change to any other resolution, everything is fine.
