deleting an over due work unit

I lost out on a bit of folding on main rig, was too sick to switch on the pc after having it over at a friends house, which means the WU is due in a few hours but wont be finished in time only 2% done.Is there a way i can delete this WU so that i can get started on a new one instead of wasting hours of processing on a WU that wont be accepted?

Stop the client and delete the Work directory and queue.dat. Restart.
