i7 build memory

I will be jumping into the OC/watercooling scene next week and have a question regarding ram choices. I will be using a i7 920 on a EVGA mainboard. As best I can determine I keep coming back to these two candidates. Any input will be welcomed as I have zero experience on this platform.
