I am in a little bit of a pickle I purchased this board of eBay and it's in great condition I'm building it for a surfing PC for my friend nothing to fancy just light PC usage.

Now I also purchased a AMD Sempron 3000+ now the board only supports 3 CPU's (whoot not)

AMD Sempron 3100 + (E6) 1.8 GHz (256KB,800 MHz, Socket 754)
AMD Sempron 3000 + (E6) 1.8 GHz (128KB,800 MHz, Socket 754)
AMD Athlon 3000+ (E6) (51W) 2.0 GHz (512KB,800 MHz, Socket 754)

I am assuming it supports upto to the E6 stepping of the chips but when I finally won the auction the seller sent me a e-mail and then notified me on the sly and that he only found out though a friend it's a Sempron Mobile 3000+.

The board dosn't say anything about Mobiles would there be a problem or could the board still use the CPU mobile to my understanding are lower power varients for overclocking etc.
