FTP connection issues

So i can connect fine to one ftp.

A few others though i attempt and it just times out...

I thought it was their servers but it doesn't make sense that i can't connect to any of them.

Could there be any problems i should troubleshoot on my end?

Heres what i have done so far:

1) Opened the ports on my computer
2) Pinged the computer(s) in question successfully
3) Telnet into the computer on required port successfully
4) Tried an external FTP program ( In my case filezilla and also lately cuteftp)


Is there anything i'm missing why this isn't working? Thanks
