AFAIK:

9800GT is the same as 8800GT except it supports DXD 10.1 (?) and most are 55nm (cooler and less power).

Price back at $110, at which point I reccomend a 8800GT at $80.

just for a heads up this isn't the lifetime warranty edition if that matters

this one is 2 years max

Since when did EVGA begin offering less than lifetime warranties on their video cards? Can you confirm this via link?

1+1 - It's a 1 year warranty, if you register on the site you get the other year at no extra cost.
