TRU120 EXT1366 Cooling

Hey, hope someone can help..just got done installing my TRU120 extreme for the i7 920 and I'm not sure if the temps I'm getting are right. I'm getting between 36 to 40C idle with the stock TR 1600 fan (HS is not lapped). Does this seem right or a bit high? I want to begin OCing but I want to make sure my temps are reasonable before I start that process. Are the OC settings (discussed in the forum) very different for 1600 memory vs 1333?
