Will M3A32-MVP play well with Phenom II

Just as the title states, will my m3a32-mvp play well wiht a PII 940? I have a 9500 currently and it is pretty much crapola. Also if anyone has tried one on this board, will i be able to get some decent overclocks? Just a few questions so i dont waste my money tomorrow.

Yes it is the deluxe/wifi. Thank you for linking that...i guess i should have looked better. THanks a bunch...looks like ill be rolling a 940 tomorrow night. Hopefully i can get 3.5-3.7 out of it...(hopefully)

What cooler should i throw on it? I have a AC Freezer 64 pro right now on my phenom.

I recommend the HDT, the one in my sig
it keeps my Phenom under 50 degrees full load with stock fan (read, silent). With my scythe ultra kaze it never breaks 43 degrees full load (read: LOUD!!!)
It will only get better with the better process of the Phenom II.
