removing fan

I am looking for a way if possible to remove the fan(not the ram heatsink) from my ati 4850. If you have pics that would be great. thanks!
 
If it's anything like my 3870's you have to remove the heatsink because the shroud is screwed into the heatsink. after that just turn the heatsink over and remove the screws holding the fan.
