My NV7M arrived this morning. It was RMA'd by lunchtime.

The reason? Not standard ATX IO port layout. It's the first board I've seen with this confuguration. The lan/usb ports are moved to the right of the com/parallel ports and those are pushed to the left near the PS2 ports. Result - won't fit in many OEM mATX cases or cases without a removable IO shield.
