Control Panel (classic view) --> Sounds and Audio Devices --> Audio Tab (at top) --> Default Device drop down box
right now its Realtek HD audio output. Drop down and select Plantronics headset. I click apply it goes right back to Realtek HD audio output.
Any fix without a reformat?
