partition in vista

Ok, I made a 100GB partition from my 1TB drive from within visa's disk management tool a while ago. I'm done with it now, but I cant seem to figure out if there is a way to get rid of the partition and put the space back on to the active partition.

is there a way to do this without formatting the whole thing and reinstalling vista?

Right click the 100GB partition and select Delete Volume. Next right click the primary boot partition and select Extend Volume.
