How to lock mem @ 1066 on UD3P board?

I started OCing my Q9300 but the ram only likes 1150 (OCZ reaper2x2) can you lock the ram or just reduce the speed?

You should be able to play with the memory dividers. I managed to get my hodge podge of memory @ 1-1. This is with a 9550 on a UD3R and pc2-800.

Check under "system memory multiplier" (I think it's called)
