Im replacing my Chipset cooler but the MOSFET cooler is attached to it with a heatpipe. Is a heatsink on the MOSFETS important?

Here are two pics of the motherboard.

i recommend a heatsink on the MOSFETS, because those suckers get HOT when your overclocking.

if your replacing it , you can always get a thermalright cooler for like 15 bucks

if you don't care about the stock cooler you can cut the heatpipe and leave the stock mosfet heatsink on, just make sure it gets some air.

(as if it isn't obvious cut the heatpipe away from the motherboard)

Okay, Im looking at selling this board so ill keep it as it is until I get the new one and put the cooler on that.
