I have a Delta 4000 RPM fan currently shipping here. + a Ultra KAze 3000 rpm exhaust fan and , an extra kaze

I have a feeling the consensus will be to go with a TRUE. I say this because it is smaller in surface area and it manages to cool just as well if not better than the IFX-14.
That plus the TRUE is easier to install and easier to mount fans on. Lap it, and I don't think anyone can really say the IFX-14 would win out in any aspect.
That being said, you are supposed to be able to mount 140mm fans on the IFX which may help with noise, but I don't know about that.
There, no flame. ;)
