If you are trying to compare nVidia to ATI it might be considered an unfair advantage, but if you are battling nVidia vs. nVidia I see no reason to not use every possible tweak to get your score higher.

yea but I'm on a Kentsfield QX6850 at 3.6ghz... you're on a Bloomfied i7 965 at 4.35ghz...
