Dynamat is for vibrations, not sound absorbtion. You hear those cars going up and down the street, the subwoofers, the loud speakers. If Dynamat did what everyone thinks it does, you shouldn't be able to hear that, especially at that distance.
Dynamat is used to prevent rattling/vibration caused by speakers and subwoofers. You can tell which cars do and don't have dynamat, especially if the subwoofer(s) are in the trunk.
I'm going to buy this stuff and check it out for myself, but what is Including VAT, Excluding VAT mean?
