I think only Gskill is a problem on that boarD (I have not had a problem though)
If you are getting that board, make sure you are getting a Black Edition CPU though since the setting for HT Link multiplier is broken and there is no ETA on a bios fix for it (I contatced tech support and they directed me to an overclocking website)
thats the board newegg offers 50 dollar discount if u buy bundled with P II 940 discount is lower compared to foxconn board but asus board is worth it by far , yes i would recommend it over foxconn and so will a lot of people on this forums if u going into this system for long time asus all they way
ASUS is definitely the choice for a long-term system.
