Urgent. Mugen 2 seems not to be compatible with AM3! please help

HI!
I am trying to install my new build and the lease expected thing happened. I cant find a way to mount the Mugen 2 to my Gigabye GA-MA790FXT-UD5P AM3 board.
If I am following the instructions correctly, one side of the bracket goes over the lever thingy that locks the CPU.
Help please
