That is all you must do but I have found that doing a backup and then a fresh install of windows seems to do a better job.
 
At the very least, use a driver cleaner program to make sure everything is completely gone before you install the new card.
 
A fresh Windows install is always nice, but Driver Cleaner Pro is a great alternative if you don't have the time.
