True Image and VIA KLE chipset motherboard

Using V11 of True Image (bootable CD) on a VIA KLE133 based MB, the normal first screen that allows you to select the software isn't there. There is nothing to make it load the program from a optical drive. All I see is a black DOS screen with some text.

Is this some issue with the chipset or something else? The MB is HP/Asus. BTW, this MB has on board video (Trident) if that matters and the optical drive I just used to load XP.

I hear version 11 is terrible. Get the free unbranded version from maxtor/seagate (seatools?), as it's version 10.

You're kinda vague on the error screen. You mean there is no "press any key to boot from cd..." message? That shouldn't be dependent on the MB at all, unless it can't boot from CD.
