look for lian-li cases 70 bucks gets you nice cases 2-4 120mm fans as for lights there cheap about 5 bucks for 6-12" cold cathodes

oh , well the back exhaust of the case is EXTREMELY restrictive, and you might only be able to throw one more 120mm in there.

its not going to be very good for airflow , its mostly looks

psh you can have as many fans as you want...

its going to be hard as heck to find a FULL tower for under 100 bucks, thats the mid tower range...

and with a mid , your limited to space...

A NZXT Temptest might be good for you , its got tons of fans
