Servers down?

I noticed one of my CPU clients in windows can't send the finished work? Have the servers been down

One of my SMP clients was able to send in a WU about 1 hour ago, although it did take 6 tries to download a new WU.

Servers - (128.59.74.4:8080) = FAIL at this atage
- (171.65.103.100:8080) = ACCEPT ( but no WU's Available)
