How to make a program diaplayed in the second display when opened?

I want to run HWMonitor in my second display maximized when windows starts up. How would I go about doing this? By the way I am using the latest Windows 7.

Open the app. (HWMonitor) | Resize the window so that it isn't maximized or minimized | Move the window to the monitor you want it to open on by default | Close the app. (don't resize prior to closing) | Open the app. (it should open on the monitor you just moved it to and closed it on) | Maximize the window, and then close the program | Create a shortcut to the program in the Startup folder.
