If the difference is $15 for a brand that IS reliable, I'd rather pay the $15 and be sure that the drive is reliable.
 
Yeah I still wouldn't get one of these personally plus I don't need any storage atm but some people might find the deal worthwhile. This is ~$.075 per GB which is a decent amount lower than the average ~$.10 per GB, the $15 less is also versus this same drive not another one.
