Call of Duty World at War patch install error...

I'm trying to install patch 1.2 and I keep getting the message
"A valid Call of Duty World at War installation could not be found at the path specified. Please specify the path where Call of Duty World at war in installed"

I'm using a store bought legal copy. Anyone know why it's doing this or how to fix it?

What is the path that you have the game installed to?

I had the same problem. Same Patch. It screwed up my install the first time and I had to reinstall and patch all over again. A minor headache.

I would've HATED to have installed from STEAM and had to download again or something...

i re installed cod waw twice, but i keep getting this error...

I honestly don't remember what I did. It was so long ago! I forgot I even made this post haha. Sorry man! Hopefully you can figure it out soon.
