Overclocking e1400 Celeron 2.0Ghz Dual

Hey guys, I just aquired a Dual core 2.0Ghz Celeron with a ECS G31T-M v1.0 motherboard Now the thing is. I have read that this combo together can reach a speed of up to 3.0Ghz with stock Fan with no problem but I can not even get it past 2.62 and the Bios settings are minimal which is pretty bad as I can't change the voltage or anything. So does anyone know how could I achieve this ?

First of all, the CPU may be able to reach 4Ghz IF your board is good enough to OC it. The problem is: Your board is not the type that enables you to take advantage of the potential of your CPU. I also have an E1400 and I can run it all day at 3.2Ghz. 3.6Ghz and 4Ghz is iffy because I haven't put much effort into it. I'm so sure I can push it to 4Ghz if I'm a little experienced and put more effort into it. This is on my Rampage Extreme X48.
