Hello. I have an HR-03 GT on my videocard, but i noticed that the PWM heat sinks tend to get very hot. So I added a fan on the bottom (the blue fan).
I plan on getting rid of the white fan and replacing it with the black fan on the right of my CPU instead. However, if the Vram chips dont need air circulation, and the heatsinks alone are sufficient, then i will move my blue fan where the white one is, rotate my cpu HS and keep the black fan there, thus having a direct air flow going to the back of my case.
I know that a videocard that gets too hot can cause artifacts while playing games, etc, but what about the ram chips? do those cause a problem as well?
Granted i could probably just rotate my HR-03, install the blue fan there, and rotate my cpu heat sink 90°.
thoughts?
