This is obviously a GTS 250, but since they're advertising it as a GTX 285, maybe you could buy it and hit them for false advertisement...could work

Nope, the false advertising thing never works. Been tried many times on many different computer parts here.

When you complete your purchase, you'll click a box that says "I accept terms and conditions blah blah blahs", and there's a whole section listed in there for stuff like this.
