I'd say at that price it's a pretty good deal. Lowest I found elsewhere was $130
 
its a core 2 duo, i guess its been EOL for awhile... people use c2q or i7 now a days...
 
It's definitely better.
For start at stock 2.66Ghz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB cache, Virtualization, SSE4, 45nm process technology and runs cool.
I heard others gotten this cpu stable around 3.70~3.90GHz

Expecting to recieve mine on Monday.

I got mine up to 3.6 no problem. Benched 4.0, but it was a bit unstable. It can be done though.

Picked one up on Sunday.

With a bit of tweaking, I'm 3.8ghz stable. 1.36v. C0 stepping.
