Is it too hot!?

I have a amd t-bird [email protected] and it idles at 39c-40c...full load at 42c-44c. but heres the thing I have the Swiftech MCX462 (w/ the delta) 3x92mm fans in the side of my case 2x80mm fans in the front, 1x92mm fan on top bay coolers slot coolers and PSU has 2 fans. this just seems hot to me for all that and the f%$$& noise it makes. Can someone tell if this is good or bad :/ (my system temp is 18c-20c

Welcome to the forums. Yes that is a good temp for your overclock on air. The high end Thunderbirds run hot.
