Upgrading mobo anything special that needs to be done?

a buddy of mine is getting a new mobo (one that'll support SLI) so he told me i could "have" his M4A78-PRO, but what im wondering is, if there is anything "special" i need to do if i change my mobo? (current mobo is Asus-M3N72-D)

A full reinstall probably since they are completely different chipsets.
