how do i make windows (XP) automatically shut down when it reaches the temp value i enter??

Are you using a certain monitoring program? Where are you entering a temp value?

BIOS usually has an alarm and auto off setting.

im not entering the temp value anywhere - im just asking where i would do this auto shutdown feature.....archer says i should have one in my bios - ive got an asus p5q deluxe
