Basically means that things that were designed to run on the GPU, will be able to run on your AMD CPU as well.
I like it because I've always liked AMD's 'fusion' idea and AMD/ATI is the only company in the marketplace with a discrete GPU maker and a CPU maker with an x86 license (for now).
Intel and Nvidia are trying to do the opposite, they're trying to turn the GPU into a CPU first. (Larrabee / CUDA)
And at the end of the yellow brick road we'll arrive at chips that can do every task well.
