Eligibility: The MasterCard 2009 Tuition Sweepstakes with Bed Bath & Beyond ("Sweepstakes") open only to legal residents (natural persons only) prior to 7/1/09 of: a) the 50 United States ("US") or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older; & b) Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, except employees, officers & directors & their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, & siblings & their respective spouses) & those living in the same household of each of MasterCard International Incorporated ("Sponsor"), MasterCard customer financial institutions (including, but not limited to, U.S. Bank National Association ND), Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Central Time ("CT") on 7/1/09 & ends at 11:59:59PM CT on 9/8/09 ("Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
