New, unannounced PayPal fees for personal accounts?

I don't remember this being discussed yet.

If you’re a PayPal customer, you may be in for a surprise the next time you look at your account. Personal accounts are now charged a 2.9% fee + 30 cents to receive payments for “Goods” or “Services”, something that was previously free. No formal announcement about the change was made.

Wow, all I can say is what a bunch of crap.

Fight back Paypal's dirty tactics by requesting all people that send you money classify it as a "gift", I believe that will still get around their fees.

lol then theres no point to a personal account anymore...

my business account has always had that charge regardless of payment type. I know the personal account ust to be free if it was non cc paypal to a personal account but if it was cc paypal it was something like 5% +30 cents....

o well just make a business account ull be much happier.
